Project Overview
The facility consists of the new construction of an 8,056 square foot, single-story, slab-on-grade, wood-framed structure to house the technology, item processing and auditing functions for Five Points Bank. Other items of note in the construction include a masonry and precast hollow-core structural deck storm shelter to house network technology and servers, wood stud walls and trusses, asphalt shingle roof, brick veneer and fiber cement board panels over rigid insulation, aluminum storefront doors and windows, tile carpet, polished concrete and porcelain tile for interior floor finishes, demountable partition walls and steel doors and frames.
