Project Overview

Chief Construction partnered with Prairie Commons Medical Office Building owners to bring a 66,000 sq. ft. medical office building to the Grand Island area. This building is connected to Grand Island Regional Medical Center, a new hospital at Prairie Commons. The two buildings share a cafeteria/dining area. The medical office building covers 23 of the 108 acres at Prairie Commons.
