Project Overview
The facility features 94,000 SF on two levels and sits on 7 acres of land. This is one of the largest GM dealerships in the country in terms of square feet, and the largest between Kansas City and Denver. During the construction of the building, the city was concurrently updating the adjacent street (Webb Road). The construction required ongoing communication and coordination with the city to complete the project within scope and without disruption to the current business.
