Hudl

Project Overview

Hudl, the local sports video software firm founded in 2006, expanded and built a new headquarters on Canopy Street in the West Haymarket area. The seven-story building is a combination of the new Hudl headquarters, office space for Nelnet and mixed-use on the lower levels. A rooftop deck, cafeteria, conference rooms and work space is included in the Hudl Headquarters.

The construction of the shell of the seven-story building required detailed pre-construction services to efficiently control budget, schedule and to effectively connect the differing elevations of the breezeway to the existing parking garage. Weekly meetings allowed the team to address challenges quickly and keep the project on schedule. The open concept floor plan with exterior offices provide an open and inviting work space that is in alignment with Hudl’s culture.
