Project Overview

The facility consists of 10,200 square feet of usable space that consists of a 350 person capacity banquet room, a full-service kitchen, a fitness room and space for the Byron Public Library. The team regularly collaborated with the Community Building District to design and build an upscale, functional space to meet expectations and stay within the budget and timeframe of the project.
