Project Overview
Chief was responsible for the construction of this new multipurpose office building. This building has a main level that is approximately 12,500 sq. ft. on the first floor and 10,000 sq. ft. on the second. The space will have patient rooms, large meeting rooms, kitchen, storm shelter, offices, and a roof top deck.
Chief Construction worked closely with the Owners and the Architect to establish an early budget and maintain that through the design and construction process.
