New 32,000 sq. ft. retail parts and service facility which includes 16 truck repair bays- 14 ft by 16 ft overhead doors, it has a top running bridge crane, truck exhaust system, fluid delivery system, self-contained air compressor and airline system, 2 big ceiling fans. Offices, retail parts counter, warehouse, rebuild shop, storage mezzaine. The 2nd floor has storage and mechanical units.
