Project Overview
Chief Construction worked with Arby’s to build a new restaurant on their existing land. Construction was performed while the existing Arby’s building was still in business. After completing the new building, we demolished the existing building and that space then turned into a parking lot for the new facility. We completed the build to Arby’s brand specifications. This build was 2,500 sq. ft and consisted of kitchen space, a dining area, and restrooms. We utilized Arby’s brand specifications throughout our build. From the beginning, we were required to construct a facility according to Arby’s plans. We used their specifications when wall art and decor were installed in the building as well.
